Feeling utterly overwhelmed by all the online information about “Fitness, Nutrition, and Health”? It’s such a hot topic lately, isn’t it? The worst is that even sometimes the scientific researches contradict each other! No wonder to be confused after all! Yet are you trying to figure out what to do?

  • Either home workout with one of those promising online programs or sign up in your local gym?
  • Which nutrition dietary to follow?
  • Tired of losing time with your loved ones, spending tons of money on different programs and then feeling guilty when you don’t get the result?

Trust me, I’ve been there too…

What’s Fun & Fit?

After several years of my own research about all of these topics, attending to several conferences of the leading experts, as well as obtaining my own personal training certification and fitness nutrition, I realized what we’re missing in this industry is to have an overall approach.

That’s why I decided to launch my own blog to make a simple route to inspire you. I’d like to show you that, actually you can enjoy the process of transforming your life by having fun with it and getting happier, healthier and as a result fit all year round. That’s the only magic tool to be able to stick to your “New You” and finally have consistency with it.

My major goal here is to provide you with simple tips to implement throughout your day to get you closer to your ultimate goals.

Maybe you…

  • are a college student with literally no time at all;
  • are a mother of three young children with a full school schedule and extra classes;
  • have a busy work schedule with constant traveling;
  • are a complete newbie to the fitness world;
  • are an athlete who looks for a few cues to brush up his/her routine;
  • have injuries;
  • have a goal to get a shredded body, six-packs, muscle mass, or lose weight for your favorite dress, or run a marathon or simply wanna unwind yourself from all the daily stresses.

No matter where you are in your fitness and health journey, you can benefit from my weekly posts.

What’s the best workout for you?

I totally get the major confusion in this industry. To mention just a few: the general concern is about what type of workout is the best for you? HIIT, TABATA, low impact training, strength training and lifting weights or cardio training? What if you become bulky? How to get toned? How about yoga? How to get six packs? How to gain muscle mass?

What’s the right nutrition dietary to follow?

How many times did you doubt about your nutrition? Which type of diet is finally the most effective one? Intermitting fast, paleo, keto, keto-fasting, vegetarian, vegan, vegan paleo? Tired of losing and gaining weight?
Last but not least to add to this list, I bet you heard a lot lately about the benefits of meditation, being mindful and etc. Don’t they make you more stressed by trying to not being stressed?!

About me

In brief, I’m a full-time architect and lifetime athlete. All started since I was 5 by learning swimming on my own at the pool by imitating people! Then joined the local swimming team which quickly turned into regional league, also followed by the national league until I was 16.

By age of 19, I started playing tennis alongside with my fitness journey which took me to another level of curiosity and the science behind it until I signed up for an online course and got my personal training certification from ISSA on 2016. Nowadays, I’ve curbed my enthusiasm for the sport, into increasing my athleticism components by focusing on calisthenics, yoga and strength training. It’s not a destination of course. It’s a journey and I would like to share it alongside my experience and tips with others who have the same interest and create a community of people with a common interest.

So If you can relate yourself to my journey, or if you want to discover a new approach of “fitness” and “health”, or if simply you want to have fun in your daily actions, what are you waiting for?! Just subscribe to my weekly blogs to go through this fantastic journey together.
